| While every home and water feature is different, our project process typically follows this path: Step 1 — Initial Consultation
At our initial consultation we will he lp you make these decisions: Location —We recommend a location where you can easily enjoy the tranquility and beauty of your new garden.

| Size — The area, depth, and shape of your water feature will depend on such considerations as the size of your yard, whether you wish to keep fish and how many, and what kind of water plants you plan to grow. Configuration — Now is the time to discuss whether you want waterfalls and how many, how many fish you want, the kinds of water plants you wish to grow, and any other special requirements. Style and Appearance — Our design and landscaping recommendations will ensure that your new water feature fits naturally into your current landscape design, or sets the stage for an exciting makeover -- whatever best meets your needs! The initial consultation is also our opportunity to explain how a properly designed and installed water feature requires less maintenance and water use than a traditional lawn. Good design also provides shelter for fish to minimize predator problems, while still providing beneficial habitat for birds and butterflies.

Step 2 — Installation
The next step usually takes one day, or less, and that is building the water feature. Our crew works fast to dig out the pond basin; create waterfalls, plant shelves and fish caves; install the liner, basins, filters, and pumps; put in the water plants and rocks; and add all the final touches that will make your water feature truly your own.
